You know you bought an all natural peanut butter when you have a layer of oil at the top and then the peanut butter on the bottom. Ever try mixing that oil back into the peanut butter? It is a pain and usually half the oil is spilled out of the container and then by the time you near the bottom the peanut butter left is all dried out. Today I have a simple trick on how to store natural peanut butter so it will stir easier, and make less of a mess.
All you do is store your natural peanut butter upside down. The oil then seeps to the bottom, now the top of the container if upside down and when you turn it over it is easier to stir. There is no more oily mess, no major knife turning to get your peanut butter to mix, and best of all no wasted dried out quarter of the jar left of natural peanut butter. I do this with my other natural nut butters too like almond and cashew butter too.
Do you store your natural peanut butter upside down too?
